Moloya Goswami (Assamese: মলয়া গোস্বামী) is a popular actress from Assam, India. She was the first Assamese actress to win the National Film Award for Best Actress for her performance in the Assamese film Firingoti (1992).[1]
Personal life
Malaya married Pradip Goswami, an engineer in Assam State Electricity Board, in 1981. The couple has two daughters, Nimisha Goswami and Nishita Goswami, who is also an actress.[2]
