Morfasso is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Piacenza in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 130 kilometres (81 mi) west of Bologna and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) south of Piacenza. As of 31 December 2011, it had a population of 1,090 and an area of 83.6 square kilometres (32.3 sq mi).[1]
The municipality of Morfasso contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Rusteghini, Greghi, Casali, Monastero, Pedina, San Michele, Sperongia, and Teruzzi.
Morfasso borders the following municipalities: Bardi, Bettola, Bore, Farini, Gropparello, Lugagnano Val d'Arda, Vernasca.
