Morgan McGarvey (born 1979 or 1980)[1] is a Democratic member of the Kentucky Senate, representing the 19th district. Before serving in the Kentucky Senate, McGarvey worked for Jack Conway as special assistant to the attorney general. McGarvey also worked for Congressman Ben Chandler and for the law firm, Frost Brown Todd.[2]
McGarvey was born in Louisville, Kentucky[1] and attended duPont Manual High School.[3] He earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri and his juris doctor degress from the University of Kentucky College of Law.[1]
