Mr. Britain
Mr. Britain is the oldest continuing physique contest in the world. The Health & Strength League was the original promoter of the Mr Britain beginning in 1930. From 1957 to the present day it has been sponsored by the National Amateur Bodybuilders Association (NABBA).[1][2]
