Mrsklesy (German Nirklowitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.53 square kilometres (0.98 sq mi), and has a population of 571 (as at 3 July 2006).
Mrsklesy lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Olomouc and 221 km (137 mi) east of Prague.
