Murów [ˈmuruf] is a village in Opole County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Murów.^[1] It lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) north of the regional capital Opole.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
