Mutiara Damansara is an affluent major township in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It is developed by Mutiara Rini, a member of the army-linked Boustead Group.

Commercial area

Mutiara Damansara is a freehold residential and commercial zone located in Klang Valley, which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM1 billion. The township is surrounded by Damansara Perdana, Kota Damansara, Bandar Utama, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kampung Sungai Penchala, and Sunway Damansara.

Two landscaped park areas named ‘Mutiara Parks’ measuring 13 acres (53,000 m2) and 6 acres (24,000 m2) have been introduced in Mutiara Damansara. Pockets of land reserved for playgrounds and bicycle tracks linking each residential precinct are built.

Shopping malls include The Curve, eCurve, Tesco Extra and the IPC Shopping Centre. This township is also home to Malaysia's first standalone IKEA store and KidZania Kuala Lumpur.
