My Kazakhstan (1956 song)

My Kazakhstan (Kazakh: Менің Қазақстаным, Meniñ Qazaqstanım) is a Kazakh patriotic song written in 1956 to celebrate the Soviet Virgin Lands program. Shamshi Kaldayakov composed the music and Jumeken Najimedenov wrote the lyrics.

Kazakhstan's national anthem is based on this song.
