Nəbiağalı - from 2008 Samukh (also, Sabarkend, Sabir, Safarabad, Safaraliyeb, and Safaraliyev) is a village and the most populous municipality in, and the administrative center of, the Samukh Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 6,013.
