Nanjing Audit University (NAU, Chinese: 南京审计大学) is an accounting-focused university.

The university was founded in 1983 and has emphasis on Economics and Management, with Law, Language and Literature, Science and Engineering. It is under the auspices of the Jiangsu Provincial Government, the National Audit Office of China and the People's Bank of China.

There are more than 15,000 students on three campuses: Mochou Campus, in the Jianye District of Nanjing, named after nearby Mochou Lake, Pukou Campus on the southern slope of Laoshan Mountain, a national forest and park, and Xianlin Campus.

Since 1998 it has an affiliation and cooperation with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) to promote international CPAs.
