State Highway 11 is a 30 kilometre stretch of highway in the North Island of New Zealand. It links State Highway 10 at Puketona and State Highway 1 at Kawakawa. Its main destination is the Bay of Islands township of Paihia. Until 2004, it terminated at Tohitapu Road, in southern Paihia township.
Route
State Highway 11 begins at Puketona Junction, 10 km south of Kerikeri, from State Highway 10. From there it runs 12.7 km along Puketona Road to Paihia, turning right into Marsden Road at its eastern terminus. SH11 continues through Paihia, turning right at the end of town into Seaview Road. After changing to Paihia Road, SH11 continues 14.3 km to its terminus at State Highway 1 in Kawakawa, where the driver can choose to continue straight ahead to Whangarei (and further afield Auckland) or turn right for Kawakawa township, Kaikohe, Kaitaia and Cape Reinga.
