Nicolai Næss (born 18 January 1993) is a Norwegian football defender who currently plays for Norwegian First Division side Stabæk.

He made his debut for Vålerenga on 31 March 2012 against Strømsgodset, they lost the game 3-2.^[1]

Before the 2013 he signed a contract with Stabæk.^[2]
