Noodle Box Pty Ltd is an Australian stir fried noodle quick service restaurant chain headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia founded by Josh James and David Milne in 1996.

Today Noodle Box is Australia’s largest franchised noodle restaurant chain. With a network of over 70 restaurants across the country, every day our wok-trained chefs prepare healthier meals fast. Noodle Box is an Australian owned franchised quick-service restaurant network, delivering fresh, Asian-style street food specially crafted for the Australian palate. Noodle Box delivers wok-tossed goodness, cooked in a flash – merging the fresh flavours of Asia with professional service and immaculate preparation, matching your tastes. Noodle Box chefs prepare a wide range of delicious meals to suit every tastebud, right in front of you.

Even though the business has a global view, Noodle Box prides itself on supporting its network of restaurants to source fresh produce and protein locally. Noodle Box likes to support local economies in which their restaurants are based, ensuring every business benefits. Noodle Box is evolving, and the business is quickly expanding. Focusing on employing or directly engaging chefs as franchise partners, Noodle Box is committed to delivering the best possible business solutions for the network.

All of Noodle Box restaurants are franchised, with master franchise partners in the Middle East and Mauritius. This move towards franchising the brand was delivered under the strategic direction of current CEO, Ian Martin, previously the CFO of Yum! Restaurants in Asia, and Group CEO of Gloria Jeans Coffee.
