The North-Eastern Islands is an urban planning area in the North-East Region of Singapore. It comprises the following islands:

- Pulau Ketam
- Pulau Malang Siajar
- Pulau Punggol Barat
- Pulau Punggol Timor
- Pulau Tekong
- Pulau Tekong Kechil
- Pulau Ubin
- Pulau Unum
