North Pointe Elementary School is a primary school located in Houston, Texas, United States, in the vicinity of NASA's Johnson Space Center. North Pointe is a K-5 school, administered by the Clear Creek Independent School District.
North Pointe opened its doors in November 1995. The school colors are red, white, and blue. The school mascot is a rocket. The school's slogan is "Educate, Equip, and Excel" and "Blasting Towards the Future." As of 2007 it has a diverse population of over 755 students and more than 80 faculty and staff members. The school's principal is Kelly Mooney, and the assistant principal is Cheryl Chaney.
The November 2001 issue of Texas Monthly magazine rated North Pointe as a "five star school." As of 2009, North Pointe is rated as "exemplary".
Students zoned to North Pointe are zoned to Clear Lake Intermediate School and Clear Brook High School .
