Athletics
Notre Dame is a member of the Iowa High School Athletic Association. They have won the following IHSAA State Championships:[2]

- Boys Baseball - 1982 (Runner-Up - 1997)
- Boys Golf - 1983 (Runner-Up - 1988
- Girls Basketball - 2014 (IGHSAU 1A State Champion) - (Semi-Finalist - 2013, 2016)
