The 21st annual Nuestra Belleza Mexico pageant was held at the Jardines de México in Jojutla, Morelos, México on October 25, 2014. Thirty-two contestants of the Mexican Republic competed for the national title, which was won by Wendolly Esparza[2] from Aguascalientes who later competed in Miss Universe 2015 in the USA where she was a Semifinalist in the Top 15. Esparza was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder Josselyn Garciglia. She is the second Hidrocálida to win this title.
The Nuestra Belleza Mundo México title was won by Yamelin Ramírez from Sonora who later competed in Miss World 2015 in China. Ramírez was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza Mundo México titleholder Daniela Álvarez. She is the second Sonorense to win this title.
Lorena Sevilla from Colima was designated by the Nuestra Belleza México Organization as Nuestra Belleza Internacional México 2015. She competed in Miss International 2015 in Japan where she was Semifinalist in the Top 10. She is the first colimense to win this Title.
For the third consecutive time and for the seventh time in the history of the pageant, two events were held separately to select the two winners for the titles Nuestra Belleza México and Nuestra Belleza Mundo México.
This year nobody was recognized with the "Corona al Mérito 2014".

Nuestra Belleza Mundo México
Two days before to the final competition was held the semi-final competition with a live show entitled "Nuestra Belleza Mundo Mexico" in which was announced the winner of the Nuestra Belleza Mundo México title Yamelin Ramírez from Sonora who will represent the country in Miss World 2015. All contestants competed in swimsuit and evening gown during the contest.
The Nuestra Belleza Mundo México pageant was held at the Jardines de México in Jojutla, Morelos, México on October 23, 2014 and was hosted by Luz Elena González and David Zepeda. It was the 7th edition of the "Nuestra Belleza Mundo México" contest and as an official separate pageant to choose Mexico's representative to Miss World. The Winner of this event does not compete in the final night competition.

- Michoacán – Michelle Garibay is native of Uruapan, but currently resides in the city of Morelia, Michoacán where she is studying.
- Morelos – Mariela Sanders competed in Nuestra Belleza Morelos 2013 where Daniela Álvarez was the winner.
- Nayarit – Xitlali López was the Suplente/1st Runner-up in Nuestra Belleza Nayarit 2011.
- Oaxaca – Nayra Garibo was born in Guerrero, but she was moved to Veracruz for several years, where also was a contestant of Nuestra Belleza Veracruz 2013 she represented the Puerto de Veracruz as Nuestra Belleza Puerto de Veracruz 2013 after she moved to Oaxaca.
- Sinaloa – Kynué Mascareño was chosen as a Designated for the national competition, she was the 2nd Runner-up in Nuestra Belleza Sinaloa 2014.
- Sonora – Tanya Ung was chosen as a Designated for the national competition, she was the Suplente/1st Runner-up in Nuestra Belleza Sonora 2014. Days later she resigned to compete for personal reasons. On 2015 she was elected as Miss Grand Hermosillo 2016 to compete in Miss Grand México 2016.
- Tabasco – Maria Jose Taboada competed in Flor más Bella de Tabasco 2013, where she won 4th place.
- Tamaulipas – Sandra Ahumada was Nuestra Belleza Sur de Tamaulipas 2014 and she will compete in Reina Hispanoamericana 2015.
- Tlaxcala – Samantha González was elected to compete in Miss Costa Maya International 2015, she is the first native woman of Tlaxcala from 1990 with Marilé del Rosario to represent Mexico in an international competition (Marilé was Top 6 in Miss Universe 1990). Was the Mexican representative in the pageant Miss Costa Maya International 2015 and Reina Mundial del Banano 2015.
- Veracruz – Zara Ichante was Nuestra Belleza Poza Rica 2014.
- Zacatecas – Marleth Pinedo was reina in Feria Nacional de Fresnillo 2012.
