Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981 is an International Labour Organization Convention.

It was established in 1981, with the preamble stating:

Having decided upon the adoption of certain proposals with regard to safety and health and the working environment,...[1]

In 2002, an additional protocol was adopted to this convention.[2]

Ratifications

As of August 2015, the convention had been ratified by 64 states, ten of which have also ratified the additional protocol.[3]
