Okarec is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.32 square kilometres (1.67 sq mi), and has a population of 123 (as at 2005).
Okarec lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) east of Třebíč, 42 km (26 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 155 km (96 mi) south-east of Prague.
