Pokojovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 1.78 square kilometres (0.69 sq mi), and has a population of 94 (as at 2 October 2006).
Pokojovice lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Třebíč, 23 km (14 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 136 km (85 mi) south-east of Prague.
