Olszanica [ɔlʂaˈɲit͡sa] (Ukrainian: Вільшаниця, Vil’shanytsia) is a village in Lesko County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Olszanica.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) east of Lesko and 71 km (44 mi) south-east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
The village has a population of 1,100.
