Universal Encyclopedia

Encyklopedia Powszechna (Universal Encyclopedia, Orgelbrand's Encyclopedia) published by Samuel Orgelbrand in 1859-1868 was the first modern Polish encyclopedia.[1]

The first Polish encyclopedia was the Nowe Ateny, published a century earlier.
