Osówka[2][3][4] [ɔˈsufka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szydłów, within Staszów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north of Szydłów, 14 km (9 mi) north-west of Staszów, and 40 km (25 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kielce.[5]

The village has a population of Decrease 214.

Demography

According to the 2002 Poland census, there were 219 people residing in Osówka village, of whom 49.8% were male and 50.2% were female. In the village, the population was spread out with 20.5% under the age of 18, 37% from 18 to 44, 23.3% from 45 to 64, and 19.2% who were 65 years of age or older.[1]
