Osiecznica [ɔɕet͡ʂˈnit͡sa] (German: Güntersberg) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Krosno Odrzańskie, within Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Krosno Odrzańskie and 36 km (22 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).

The village has a population of 1,000.
