Pablo Sebastian Portela (born 21 June 1980) is an Argentine handball player. He plays for River Plate.[2][3] He competed for the Argentine national team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.[3] He participated at the 2015 World Men's Handball Championship in Qatar.
