Pan Zhanlin
Pan Zhanlin (Chinese: 潘占林) (born 1942) was a Chinese diplomat. He was Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Kyrgyzstan (1992–1995), Ukraine (1994–1998), Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1997–2000) and Israel (2000–2003).
