Zhou Xiaopei
Zhou Xiaopei (Chinese: 周晓沛) (born 1945) was a Chinese diplomat. He was Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine (1997–2000), Poland (2000–2003) and Kazakhstan (2003–2005).
