Panyam Vuppu Keshava Chandra (27 December 1960 - 15 February 2012) was an Indian Politician and Social Worker from Panyam (Assembly constituency).He was Horticulturist and Founder of Abhinav Gardens in Panyam.[1]

Early life

P.V.Keshava Chandra was born on 27 December 1960 to Panyam Vuppu Ranganatha Rao and Panyam Vuppu Vanaja Bai in Chennai.He Completed his P.U.C in Agriculture from Regional College of Education,Mysore.He Studied Bachelor Of Science in Agriculture from Bangalore University.[2]

Political career

P.V.Keshava Chandra was president of Congress Welfare Organization in Nandyal.Since from 1985 to 1991 he worked as Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee Member.He worked as AICC Active member from 1991 to 1998.[3] He Worked as Youth Congress President from 1998 to 2003.[4] He was President for Women Welfare Organization .[5] He also Worked as President for Weaker Section Development Society.He also Contested in Andhra Pradesh Assembly Election 1994 for the seat of Member of Legislative Assembly from Panyam (Assembly constituency) Independently but he missed.[6][7]
