Pat McMahon (born November 5, 1986) is an American soccer player who currently plays for FC Cincinnati in the USL Professional Division.
Career
College and Amateur
McMahon played fours years of college soccer at the University of Illinois at Chicago between 2005 and 2008. He finished his career starting every match on UIC's schedule since 2005, running the school-record consecutive starts streak to 85.[1] While at college, McMahon also appeared for USL PDL clubs West Michigan Edge in 2005, Kalamazoo Kingdom in 2006 and Chicago Fire Premier in 2008.[2] From 2011 through 2012 McMahon played two seasons Semi-Professionally with Wynnum District SC in the Australian Brisbane Premier League. McMahon made the Brisbane Premier League Team of the Year and named Wayne Gracey Player of the Year for the 2012 season.
Professional
McMahon signed his first professional deal with Swedish team Ljungskile SK in 2013, where he made 6 league and 1 cup appearance before moving back to United States to sign with USL Pro club Rochester Rhinos on March 21, 2014.[3]
After two years with Rochester, McMahon signed with FC Cincinnati ahead of their inaugural 2016 season.[4]
