Pawłowice Wielkie [pavwɔˈvit͡sɛ ˈvjɛlkʲɛ] (German: Pohlwitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wądroże Wielkie, within Jawor County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.^[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately 6 km (4 mi) west of Wądroże Wielkie, 9 km (6 mi) north-east of Jawor, and 55 km (34 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
