Chan Peng Soon (born 27 April 1988 in George Town, Penang) is a Malaysian professional badminton doubles player. His regular partner is Goh Liu Ying and together, their highest world ranking in the mixed doubles category was at No. 3. In June 2014, Lai Pei Jing was named as his new partner while Goh went on hiatus to recover from knee surgery. Chan and Lai ranked as high as No. 48 worldwide.
However, Chan has resumed his partnership with Goh as of 2015. They currently have a world ranking of No.13.
Personal life
Chan has been married to Malaysian singer, Ester MayMay since September 2010. They have a son, Milton Chan (b. 2011).
