Pernarec is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 22.92 square kilometres (8.85 sq mi), and has a population of 756 (as at 3 July 2006).
Pernarec lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) north-west of Plzeň and 99 km (62 mi) west of Prague.
