Peter Carl Gutwein (born 21 December 1964) is an Australian politician. He has been a Liberal Party of Australia member of the Tasmanian House of Assembly since 2002, and is currently the state Treasurer.[1]
A financial adviser (Dip Fin Planning, Grad Cert Bus Admin) he was a senior manager in the insurance and financial planning sector working throughout Australia and in Europe (Ireland) and was also involved in the tourism industry before entering Parliament .
