Phiruru (Quechua for whorl,[1][2] regionally also Piruru, hispanicized spelling Piruro) is an archaeological site in Peru. It is situated in the Huánuco Region, Huamalíes Province, Tantamayo District. The site was declared a National Cultural Heritage by Resolución Directoral No. 533/INC on June 18, 2002.[3][4]

The complex consists of two parts named Phiruru I and Phiruru II. The latter is situated a bit higher[5] at 9°22′43.98″S 76°42′16.44″W / 9.3788833°S 76.7045667°W / -9.3788833; -76.7045667.
