Pilão Cão (Cape Verdean Creole: Pilon Kon) is a settlement in the eastern part of the island of Maio in Cape Verde. It is located 14 km northeast of the island capital Vila do Maio. The settlement was only connected with trails or tracks before the 1980s, it would be connected with a dirt road and would become connected with pavement in the late 2000s.
