Pobłocie [pɔˈbwɔt͡ɕe] (German Poblotz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Główczyce, within Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) east of Główczyce, 36 km (22 mi) north-east of Słupsk, and 79 km (49 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
Before 1648 the area was part of Duchy of Pomerania, 1648-1945 Prussia and Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
