Podolí is a village and municipality (obec) in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.02 square kilometres (2.32 sq mi), and has a population of 806 (as at 28 August 2006).
Podolí lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Uherské Hradiště, 24 km (15 mi) south-west of Zlín, and 253 km (157 mi) south-east of Prague.
