Polina Viktorovna Kuznetsova (Russian: Полина Викторовна Кузнецова; born 10 June 1987),[1] formerly known as Polina Viktorovna Vyakhireva, is a Russian handball player. She plays for the Russian club HC Astrakhanochka.[2][3]

She won gold medal with the Russian national team winning team in the 2007 World Women's Handball Championship, and was also voted into the championship's All-Star Team.[4] She has also participated at the 2010 European Women's Handball Championship.

She is the sister of Anna Vyakhireva.
