Prangli is a village in Kõlleste Parish, Põlva County in southeastern Estonia.


Painter Julie Wilhelmine Hagen-Schwarz (1824–1902) was born in Prangli village.

Prangli windmill, built in 1901, moved to Põlva Peasant Museum in 1974.
