Prusinovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Kroměříž District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 10.68 square kilometres (4.12 sq mi), and has a population of 1,215 (as at 3 July 2006).
Prusinovice lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) north-east of Kroměříž, 18 km (11 mi) north of Zlín, and 242 km (150 mi) east of Prague.
