Pualas is a fifth class municipality in the province of Lanao del Sur, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 11,163 people.[2]

Language
Maranao is widely spoken in Pualas, which has a predominantly Muslim population. However, most of the inhabitants can speak Filipino, Cebuana, and English.
Culture
Pualas has a predominantly Muslim populace wherein selling and distribution of alcoholic drinks, illegal drugs, and gambling is forbidden.
