Putatan is a town and a suburb of Kota Kinabalu in the state of Sabah, Malaysia.
Location
The town was located within the district of Penampang on the coast of the West Coast Division but from 1 March 2007, Putatan became a district on its own.[1]
Population
As of 2010, it has an estimated population of 54,733.[2]

INTI College Sabah has its campus in Putatan town.
