Qarah Owghlanlu (Persian: قره اوغلانلو, also Romanized as Qarah Owghlānlū and Qareh Ūghlānlū)[1] is a village in Chaypareh-ye Bala Rural District, Zanjanrud District, Zanjan County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 380, in 92 families.[2]
