Qaramanlı (also, Karamanli and Karamanly) is a village and municipality in the Yevlakh Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 2,230. The municipality consists of the villages of Qaramanlı, Hacımahmudlu, Dəlləklər, Köyük, Nəmirli, and Nurulular.[1]
