Qatur Rural District (Persian: دهستان قطور) is a rural district (dehestan) in Qatur District, Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population (including Qatur, which was subsequently detached from the rural district and promoted to city status), was 14,894, in 2,610 families; excluding Qatur, its population in 2006 was 10,932, in 1,958 families.[2] The rural district has 42 villages..[3] The rural district has 16 villages.
