Raúl Alejandro Palacios Gamboa (born 30 October 1976 in Los Andes, Valparaíso Region) is a Chilean footballer. He pays as a midfielder and his current team is San Marcos de Arica in the Second Division of Chile.
Palacios was a member of the Chilean squad at the 1999 Copa América, where the team finished in fourth place. He has played in several teams, in- and outside Chile.
