Rafael Pompeo Rodrigues Ledesma (born December 31, 1982 in Porto Alegre, Brazil), more commonly known as Gaúcho or Rafael Ledesma, is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Birkirkara.
He was signed by FBK Kaunas from Atlético Mineiro in summer 2006.After two seasons in ''FBK Kaunas'' he moved to ''Partizan'' Minsk in Belarus.2012 winter he back to Lithuania and played for ''FK Suduva''.[1] In 2013 Ledesma left Lithuania and sign „Ethnikos Achna“ in Cyprus.
