Rafael Nazareno Maceratesi (April 2, 1976 in Elortondo, Santa Fe Province) is an Argentine ex-footballer who played as a striker. His first club was Rosario Central where he debuted in 1995 and retired in Athletic Elortondo December 13, 2014 where he is the man with more party in the club. His most successful spell was at Racing Club where he won the 2001 Apertura getting cut a streak of 35 years without titles in this tournament played 15 games and made five goals with an average of 0.33 goals. The most prominent in his career was in his last club (Atletico Elortondo) where he played 129 matches (still the man with more party) and turned 81 goals and in which after losing the semi-final with Sportivo Rivadavia (VT) won 3 .ER since the Venadense Football League for the first time ever at Jorge Newbery (in this format

Biography

He debuted in 1995 to Rosario Central team where he quickly excelled in the Libertadores 2001 Cup reaching the semi-finals where they lost to Cruz Azul and local tournament in which always frame goals Boca Juniors, River Plate and Independiente de Avellaneda played a total of 102 games and made 44 goals.

In 2006 became Peru to sign for University, a team which arrived as a star signing because of the many goals he scored in Argentina, but because a serious injury only scored one against Velez Sarsfield by Libertadores Cup.

He left half of the year to play in Greece for Niki Volos, where he was until 2007 where he played the UEFA Europa League the cup of Greece and up play-offs of the UEFA Champions League (juiced 1 match coming off the bench 67 minutes).

Him an opportunity arose in the 1st division of Ecuador (08/09), being tested a few weeks in Deportivo Azogues, being dismissed for having an injury to his left leg which kept him from playing for two months.
