Rafael Medina Rodríguez (born October 8, 1979 in Guadalajara) is a Mexican professional footballer. He currently plays as a midfielder for Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz. El Flamingo made his debut July 22, 2001 with La Piedad against CD Guadalajara. A game which resulted in a 1-1 tie.
