Rafael Henriques Vasquez Veloso (born 3 November 1993) is a Portuguese footballer who plays for Oriental, on loan from Belenenses, as a goalkeeper.

Football career

Born in Lourinhã, Veloso graduated from Sporting Clube de Portugal's youth setup, but joined C.F. Os Belenenses shortly after. He was mainly a backup to Matt Jones during his first year as a senior.

On 18 May 2013 Veloso made his professional debut, in a 2012–13 Segunda Liga match against Freamunde replacing Filipe Mendes (90th minute).[1] He appeared in two further matches for the club, but was still second-choice to Jones.

On 25 August 2014 Veloso was loaned to Deportivo de La Coruña's reserves, in a season-long deal.[2]

In July 2015, Veloso loaned again, this time to Segunda Liga side Oriental.[3]
